The devastating news has just been revealed that the Six drive-in tour, which was set to tour some UK cities, has been cancelled.

The musical tour, which was set to feature both the Arts Theatre cast and the UK tour cast (depending on the location) was due to take place this July and August, however, Live Nation who were running this drive-in tour, say,

The latest developments regarding localised lockdowns mean it has become impossible for us to continue with the series with any confidence

Meanwhile, Six producers Kenny Wax, Wendy & Andy Barnes and George Stiles said,

This devastating news has come out of blue and hit us all for six. We are so sorry to disappoint the thousands of fans who have booked tickets and sold out many dates on the tour. It is also a sad day for our West End and UK Tour Queens who had already started rehearsals and our entire team of over 60 people who were all working so hard to deliver a spectacular show.

Live Nation has also cancelled their other drive-in events which include their Kaiser Chiefs, Dizzee Rascal and The Streets gigs.

The news comes just 2 days after more dates where confirmed for the Six drive-in tour.

Six confirmed in a statement posted on their Facebook that Ticketmaster will refund all ticket holders within 7 days.
